Cancelation Policy

Refunds for Tuition

Full refund for tuition is made for cancellations received in writing before December 1, less a $100 per person administrative fee.  For cancellations received in writing after December 1, 2009, there is a $150 per person fee.    There is no refund on the tuition after January 1, 2010.

Refunds for Hotel and Diving

Refunds for the hotel and diving will be based on the hotel and diving operation policy. 

Trip Cancellation Insurance and Dive Accident Insurance

Travel and dive insurance are highly recommended.  Medical Seminars, Inc. is not responsible for personal injury, accident, illness or fees which are non-refundable by the hotel or diving operation.  We recommend you have adequate insurance.
